Turner Downs is a subdivision located south of downtown Raleigh. It is a great location for people who want a country feel with a short commute to Raleigh and North Carolina State University (NC State).
There are many different styles of homes and some have the appearance of 1-story home, and although they have the bedrooms on the main floor the upstairs may have a huge bonus room and a lot of storage space. The homes are nicely spaced with most being on at least a 1/2 acre of land. Many established trees also and this is a swimming pool community.
